What Is the Shadow, Source & the Field Training?

The Shadow, Source & the Field training is a 6-day in-person immersion for practitioners and space-holders ready to move beyond surface-level facilitation. This work opens the invisible structures that shape our nervous system, relationships, and presence. By entering the Field (an expanded relational space accessed through systemic constellation work) we can bring to light the unspoken dynamics of our lineage and allow them to shift through embodied awareness.

Why Work with Ancestral Patterns and the Shadow?

Some patterns we carry do not start with us. Unresolved experiences from our ancestral line are passed through the nervous system and tissues, often without conscious awareness. By working with systemic constellation methods, these hidden dynamics can be revealed and transformed without the need for analysis or retelling. Shadow work complements this process by helping us meet the disowned parts of ourselves (emotions, impulses, or identities that have been pushed away) so they can return to wholeness.

How Somagetic De-armouring™ and the Impersonal Dimension Support This Work

Somagetic De-armouring™ works on the bodily level, softening the tension that holds ancestral and emotional patterns in place. Through attuned touch and energetic presence, the body begins to reorganise naturally, creating space for both physical release and deeper integration. Working in the impersonal dimension allows transformation to emerge without force, guided by the body’s own intelligence. In this space, patterns can dissolve, biological integration can occur, and the nervous system can find new ways of relating to life.
