What Is This Training?

This is a 6-day in-person training for those ready to move beyond the body’s surface and into the deeper, often unseen patterns that shape our nervous system, our relationships, and our capacity to hold space with clarity and care. We also step into the field—an expanded relational space accessed through Family Constellation work. This method reveals how unresolved dynamics from our family system or lineage can silently shape the way we feel, relate, and respond. When brought into awareness and embodied process, these inherited patterns can begin to shift—restoring clarity, freedom, and a deeper sense of belonging. Supporting this work is Somagetic De-armouring—a somatic approach to softening physical tension and releasing emotional holding through intuitive presence, breath, and touch. Alongside this, we integrate shadow work to meet the parts of self we’ve exiled or suppressed, allowing what’s been hidden to return to wholeness. This training weaves the physical and the energetic, the personal and the systemic. It’s not about performance or proving—it’s about returning: to what lives underneath, to what the body remembers, and to what’s been waiting to move.

Why Constellation Work?

We are shaped not only by our personal experiences, but also by the emotional imprints of those who came before us. Family Constellation work allows us to step into the field—a nonverbal, intuitive space known as the morphogenic field, where ancestral dynamics and relational entanglements become visible, felt, and possible to transform. In this training, constellation work is used not simply as a diagnostic tool, but as a profound healing process. You’ll learn how to gently surface hidden loyalties, unspoken grief, and inherited burdens that may be affecting your clients’ ability to feel, trust, and move forward in life. Rather than analysing or fixing, we engage with these patterns through the body—sensing into the field, trusting the movement of truth, and allowing resolution to emerge through presence. When paired with Somagetic De-armouring, this becomes a potent pathway for restoring nervous system coherence, emotional fluidity, and a felt sense of home—within and beyond the self.
