Nathan’s journey into somatic healing and energetic transformation began at age 14 in Vancouver, Canada, when he was introduced to yoga and meditation by his high school theatre teacher. Encouraged by his father to explore the works of Jiddu Krishnamurti, his curiosity for inner growth deepened. By 2003, this calling led him to immerse himself in spiritual practices across the world, exploring Kundalini teachings in Nepal, Vipassana meditation in Canada, and Reiki initiations in Thailand. For over a decade, he remained dedicated to these disciplines, yet eventually felt called to explore new modalities.

In 2015, a pivotal experience at a spiritual festival in Sweden introduced Nathan to breathwork, de-armouring, and expanded energetic states - modalities that reshaped his understanding of embodiment, inner alignment, and transformation. This encounter marked a turning point, opening a new chapter in his work. One that was rooted not only in awareness, but in the intelligence of the body itself.

Driven by a desire to create transformative experiences for others, Nathan pursued deeper studies in trauma-informed work, completing a 500-hour training in 2019 and integrating insights from leading trauma specialists such as Peter A. Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté, and Stephen W. Porges. His exploration expanded into men’s work, Reiki Level 3, and Family Constellation training, further refining his ability to guide individuals through profound healing journeys.

Most recently, Nathan’s work has entered a new phase, anchored in the impersonal field where transformation emerges not through doing, but through attunement to the body’s own intelligence. Rather than relying on fixed techniques, his sessions now unfold through listening, presence and surrender to what is already in motion. This orientation allows the system to reconfigure from within, giving rise to lasting change that arises organically.

Now based in Vienna, Austria, Nathan leads international trainings, workshops, and private immersions that draw on his current field-based approach, while weaving in the breathwork, energetic de-armouring, and embodiment practices he has refined over two decades of study. His work supports a return to coherence, vitality, and the natural intelligence of the body.
