What is Somagetic Breathwork?

Somagetic Breathwork is a body based practice that uses connected breathing - typically in and out through the mouth - to activate the body’s natural capacity to release held tension and emotion. This approach supports nervous system regulation, softens protective patterns and restores a felt sense of internal flow and presence. By engaging the breath in this way, the body can access deeper layers of stored experience.
