Level One Somagetic Practitioner Training near San Diego, at the peaceful Ojas Retreat Center in Murrieta, CA, is a seven-night residential journey for those ready to expand their somatic healing skills. This retreat provides a supportive environment to fully immerse yourself in Somagetic practices.
Over six full days of training, participants will strengthen their ability to read bio-energetic feedback, sharpen energetic sensitivity, and hold space with greater presence. This trauma-informed program guides participants through Somagetic breathwork, de-armouring, and ecstatic experiences, providing a transformative dive into somatic healing and emotional release.

Experience and learn to hold space for Somagetic Shamanic Breathwork journeys, guiding others into altered bliss-states akin to deep meditation, allowing for profound healing and transformation.
Master Somagetic De-armouring (external & energetic) to release stagnant energies held in the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, facilitating deep emotional and energetic shifts.
Learn to hold space for the Somagetic Ecstatic Experience, also known as a full-body energy orgasm, and support others in reaching the state of surrender required for this powerful, liberating experience.
Understand how trauma impacts both mental and physical health, identify signs of trauma in clients, and develop skills to support those in trauma responses with compassion and confidence.
Learn the basics of the vagus nerve, sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and how they influence the body’s stress response and capacity for healing.
Support clients in reawakening areas of their bodies that have become energetically or physically desensitized, restoring vitality and sensitivity.
Deepen your understanding of energy dynamics, distinguishing between channeling and giving, as well as being a receptor vs. receiving, to refine your energy work.
Practice reading and interpreting clients’ body frequency remotely, developing your ability to sense energetic shifts from a distance and offer guidance in virtual settings.

The closest airport is San Diego (SAN). The second closest airport is Los Angeles (LAX).
From San Diego you have the option to take the Las Vegas Shuttle to Murrieta. Then from Murrieta you can take an Uber or arrange a ride.
